The Web Design Process

1. The first step in the web design process is to consider what you want from your website. How many pages will be required to organize your information? Do you want to use flash animation? Gather any photos and logos that you have available. Get your text together for your website and make sure that you have necessary login and password information required to access your hosting and domain registration info.

2. Submit an online quote request.

3. You will be contacted via email or phone within 48 hours to discuss the details of your site. After the details are reviewed, you will be provided with an estimated total cost. Please note that the actual cost of building your site may vary if your stated requirements change.

4. If you wish to proceed, we will work together on design ideas for the look of your website. Together we will refine the look of the site until you are completely satisfied with your sites visual appearance.

5. Once you are happy with the overall look and design of your site you will receive an estimated deadline for your sites completion.

6. At this point you will be required to pay a good faith deposit of 50% of your website's estimated total cost.

7. Website coding and backend work will be completed by the estimated deadline.

8. At this point, you will review your website and state any changes to be made.

9. Once you pay the remainder of design/ development fees the site will be brought live and made available for viewing on the internet.

10. Any additional maintenance performed on your web site will cost extra.
